We understand the anxiety of hospitalizing your pet in an unknown environment. There are doctors and technicians in our hospital at all times to ensure our patients receive the nursing care and monitoring that is necessary to manage their condition.
In the event of changes in your pet's health, the primary doctor in charge of his or her care will be notified immediately. You will also be notified night or day of any problems or changes in your pet's condition.
Government health standards and safety regulations do not allow owners of patients to be present or help with many diagnostic procedures and treatments. It may be necessary for you to leave your pet with us for short periods of time to perform these procedures.
