VISITATION POLICIES
We encourage you to visit your pet while he or she is in the hospital. We ask that you respect the privacy and personal hospital space of other patients in our care. We cannot be responsible for any damage inflicted by a patient to any person attempting to touch their pet or another patient. We also cannot divulge any information regarding another patient to anyone other than the owner.
We allow visitation between the hours of 9am and 10pm. Depending on the status of your pet, you may be allowed a 5 minute visit in our ICU area or a 20 minute visit in an exam room. Visits are limited to three times a day. Unauthorized visits are not allowed between the hours of 10pm and 9am. We also do not have any overnight facilities to accommodate family members.
The doctor on duty has the right to limit any visitation of the patient becomes agitated or the visit in some way compromises the treatment of the patient or other patients in the hospital.
To facilitate the possible wait time to see the patient, please call prior to coming to the hospital. Also, understand that we are an emergency facility. Casualties can arrive at any time limiting or delaying your visit with your pet or consult with a veterinarian.
